"Build it and they will come!"

Before that line was immortalized in the film, "Field of Dreams"  a field with it's own kind of magic was being built in Pt. Reyes Station, California. Since 1988, when the Love family and friends began to create a place to play in West Marin for the local 13-15 year old baseball players, many, many people have come to share fun and heartwarming moments in their lives.

Home Base was created in 2008 as a non profit organization to support in perpetuity, Love Field and the progressive "positive re-enforcement" style of coaching and community building activities that have transpired for over 20 years at this amazing, old world site.
